The act cannot force employers not to terminate as laid out is subsection 30a.
ReplyDeleteWhat if I am still not able to reinstate the employee(s) even after the pandemic, what can the employer do? Business will have already been hard hit
I really loved the way Hao Finder handled their workforce. Building consensus with the employees is the best strategy
